All 3 UK Companies were placed into administration on the 10 June by order of the High Court.

The administrators have taken steps to secure the assets of the companies and are devising strategies for the most effective realisation of the assets for the benefit of the creditors. They are also investigating the companies accounts and seeking explanations of some of the transactions which have occurred.
