Matrix Investigations

We have had a number of enquiries about 'information' posted on the Matrix International's (“Matrix”) Website relating to the Imperial Consolidated Group.

Matrix is clearly connected with the Fraser Brook partnership. On its website the business gives the same correspondence address as the Fraser Brook partnership, at Faldingworth in Lincolnshire, and in documents registered with the Registrar of Companies, its director, Mr Hugh Allen, gives the same residential address as Mr Lincoln Fraser.

We have reviewed the 'articles' on Matrix's website. Many of these are neither accurate nor unbiased. However, the Joint Administrators of the UK Companies and the Joint Liquidators of the Caribbean Companies choose to make no comment on any of the 'literature' posted by the journalists employed by Matrix. The Joint Administrators will not allow the pursuit of the wrongdoers to be diverted or delayed by Matrix's attempts to draw the Joint Administrators into a public debate. The Joint Administrators have achieved successes in the court proceedings they have instigated, but the confidential nature of those proceedings, in contrast to the public nature of Matrix's method of communication prevents the Administrators from detailing their successes to date.

The Administrators' attempts to reconstitute the records of the UK Companies continue, so as to trace and recover assets, albeit that the Administrators are severely hampered by the absence of key documents from the UK companies' files. A picture of serious wrongdoing is emerging most notably in connection with the 'investment' in the Argentinean mines in the Tucuman region of Argentina.
