ADMINISTRATION
This is a court based procedure with the objective of achieving either:
A. The survival of the whole or part of a company as a going concern.
B. A more advantageous realisation of assets than would be effected in the case of a winding up.
The court bases its decision on a report prepared by independent insolvency practitioners and we attach per the side choices an abridged version of that report.
